Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Strike Gate products and services provided by Strike Labs, LLC. By using Strike Gate, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you are permitted to accept these terms on its behalf.

Strike Gate detects known security-marking patterns in supported documents. It is a screening aid, not a classification authority, security approval, or substitute for required review. Results can be incomplete or incorrect. An authorized person must review findings and make all handling and release decisions.

You are responsible for following applicable laws, security requirements, and your organization’s procedures. Use each Strike Gate surface only in an environment approved for the information you process. Do not submit actual classified or controlled documents to the public hosted demo; use only fictional sample documents there.

Supported document contents are processed on your device and are not uploaded by the scanner. The hosted web demo still makes network requests for the site and its free-scan allowance. Purchases are processed online by Stripe. “Local scanning” does not mean the hosted website, checkout, or demo-credit service is itself air-gapped.

For disconnected operation, use the CLI in an environment configured for that purpose. Your organization remains responsible for validating that its installation and operating environment meet its security requirements.

Paid scan credits are delivered in a signed license file. No customer account is created. Keep the file secure and maintain your own backup. Credit balances are stored and updated locally; they do not synchronize between copies or devices. Each purchase creates its own license file.

Credits do not expire. One credit is used for each completed, billable document scan, including a rescan. Failed uploads and unsuccessful processing attempts do not use a paid credit. Demo scans have a separate allowance and are subject to the limits shown in the app.

Package descriptions and prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. After a successful payment, the license is available to download from the confirmation page; an email copy may also be sent when email delivery is configured.

• Use only documents and systems you are authorized to access and process.
• Do not rely on an automated result as the sole basis for a security or handling decision.
• Protect your license file and any device where a license is stored.
• Do not interfere with the service or use it in violation of applicable law.

Strike Gate is provided as a screening tool. Detection behavior, supported formats, and availability may change as the product is maintained. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
